Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges within 2 days of delivery only if the item is defective or damaged. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Please note that customized or personalized oils are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email us at drkatyani@gmail.com with your order details and a clear reason for the exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Processing Time

Once approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 days.
